Lille region: a rich architectural heritage that we know how to redesign
Lille has an architecture that has spanned the ages: from the Middle Ages through the industrial revolution to the present day. The particularity of Lille architecture is also based on a mixture of genres, inspired by both Flemish and Spanish architectural styles, linked to the history of the city's occupation. The impact of the industrial revolution had a profound impact on the face and development of the Lille metropolis.
There are three types of single-family homes: the worker's house, the semi-bourgeois house and the bourgeois house. Offering enormous potential and character, particularly the 1930s houses. All three are particularly interesting to rethink and bring up to date. The collective is also involved in the rehabilitation of old industrial buildings into lofts; offering atypical living spaces and great comfort.
In the surrounding countryside, there are not only pavilions in need of refreshing, but also Flemish farms and farmhouses (traditionally called hofstèdes) of red bricks and cob. These lend themselves very well to renovations and rehabilitation.

We operate in all towns in the Lille metropolitan area, including Bondues, Croix, Lambersart, Lomme, Marcq-en-Barœul, Mouvaux, Roubaix, Tourcoing, Villeneuve-d’Ascq.
Our architects, interior designers, decorators and landscapers also work in other towns in the departments of Nord (59) and Pas-de-Calais (62), on the Côte d'Opale as well as on the border with the Belgium.
