Morgan
A certified architect, I graduated from the National Higher Schools of Architecture in Lille and Normandy. I have established my own architectural studio in Lille, at the heart of Hauts-de-France. With a diverse portfolio ranging from apartment renovations to the construction of residential buildings, including building, extending, or adding stories to individual houses, I bring extensive experience to the housing and habitat domain.
Committed to delivering quality in housing, I specialise in creating living spaces that cater to the genuine needs and desires of their occupants. My architectural studio excels in designing and constructing workspaces (commercial architecture), offices, and retail spaces (commercial architecture), offering efficient and aesthetically pleasing solutions tailored to each client's requirements.
My services encompass a wide spectrum of architectural tasks, including feasibility studies, analysis of urban planning regulations, design proposals, urban planning permission applications, construction site supervision, mediation, and more. Additionally, I provide interior design services such as property renovation, decoration, optimisation and redesign, and custom furniture design.
I also provide real estate pre-purchase consulting services, offering independent insights into technical and aesthetic aspects, as well as the potential for future property development.
Operating primarily inn France's northern region, I draw inspiration from the region's rich history, culture, and materials, while prioritizing sustainable and ecological practices in my work. Guided by the evolving needs of users, I ensure that each project is adaptable and scalable to meet changing requirements.
Collaborating with Créateurs d’Intérieur, I blend tradition with contemporary elements to create timeless designs that go beyond trends. My goal is to provide functional and bespoke solutions that serve as catalysts for inspiring narratives, believing that each project should mark the beginning of a beautiful story yet to unfold.
